As General Accounting Supervisor, you are responsible for Company's:
- Accounting activities
- Intercompany transactions and reconciliation
- Financial Reports, income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements
- Cost accounting
- Payroll
- Taxation and government compliance
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Develop, review, and recommend changes of accounting policies and systems in alignment with budgeting, accounting, and reporting systems.
- Ensure continuous compliance with BIR, GAAP standards.
- Submit accurate and reliable reports.
- Verify the accuracy of figures, details, and supporting documents for customer invoices.
- Review replenishments, perform bank reconciliations, and oversee other related accounting activities.
- Approve Journal Vouchers, Cash Vouchers, A/R Collections, and Cash Collections.
- Reconcile revenue book entries, cash receipts, income statements, and balance sheet accounts.
- Review and evaluate daily disbursements.
- Verify and review Collection Reports, Weekly Collection Projection, and Financial Subsequent Movements.
- Review and verify payables for payment to suppliers.
- Review daily collection reports/remittances and ensure timely deposits in the following banking day.
- Monitor cash requirements on a daily and weekly basis.
- Track and monitor Accounts Receivable for each customer.
- Review and verify employee's payroll.
- Review charges in the operations transactions.
- Monitor all revenues and expenses recorded for a specific month.
- Coordinate with the Head or Manager for any issues that needs immediate resolution.
- Generate revenue for the organization.
- Monitor the billing section to ensure timely generation of collection bills based on the agreed cutoff date for closing the books.
- Correct erroneous entries made by accounting staff.
- Prepare monthly variance analysis of the Income Statement.
Qualifications :
- Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, preferably CPA
- With at least Ten (10) year supervisory experience in General accounting reporting and activities.

- Technical Competence: Proficiency in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other relevant financial tools to manage and analyze financial data.
- Compliance and Regulations: Familiarity with accounting regulations, standards, and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Organization and Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Integrity and Confidentiality: High ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated with the latest BIR rules and regulations and GAAP.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
