RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To follow-up closely with parents, for the prompt payment of fees due or outstanding.
  • Prepare monthly forms such as teachers and children’s attendance form, sign in/out forms.
  • Manage and record (e.g. petty cash, daily collections, centre enrolment report, etc)
  • Conduct stock-taking and restocking of supplies such as merchandise and stationery
  • Manage staff records eg, leaves and Over time
  • Collect Fees
  • Keying in new students into CMS system.
  • Issue invoices and receipts.
  • Any other administrative duties given by the reporting officer.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience/background in HR and Finance Administrative matters.
  • With working experience in a preschool environment would be an advantage.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
