Working Hours :

  • Mon - Fri - 9.00am - 6.15pm
  • Saturday - 9.00am - 3pm ( First week of Saturday will be offed)

Job Duties:

  • Post job advertisements into pool of applicants via difference sourcing tools
  • Maintaining employee records and paperwork
  • Develop and carry out efficient documentation and filing system
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routine correspondence by candidates
  • Arrange interviews’ schedule with the possible candidates

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least 1 year of working experience in human resources department..
  • Proactive, organized and meticulous.
  • Strong organization & multi-tasking skills.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication
