Working Hours :
- Mon - Fri - 9.00am - 6.15pm
- Saturday - 9.00am - 3pm ( First week of Saturday will be offed)
Job Duties:
- Post job advertisements into pool of applicants via difference sourcing tools
- Maintaining employee records and paperwork
- Develop and carry out efficient documentation and filing system
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routine correspondence by candidates
- Arrange interviews’ schedule with the possible candidates
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least 1 year of working experience in human resources department..
- Proactive, organized and meticulous.
- Strong organization & multi-tasking skills.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication
