Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Test Leader to join our team to navigating complex subject areas and environments.
Responsibilities:

- Plan, lead, and control the test work.
- Document requirements, use cases, user stories, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create test cases based on requirements.
- Prepare test data.
- Execute test cases and document the results.
- Lead system and acceptance tests.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience working as a test leader.
- Strong proficiency in developing and driving test strategies.
- Expertise in implementing and working with automated unit tests.
- Proficient in conducting security and technical-related tests.
- Experience in performing acceptance, regression, migration, and performance testing in complex systems.
- Ability to review requirements and ensure testability.
- Experience working in highly regulated industries with a focus on security.
- Familiarity with user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, change management, and documentation.
- Proficient in agile working methods (e.g., Scrum).
- Up-to-date knowledge in IT and information security.
- Experience in building internal competence through documentation and training.
- Strong coaching and leadership skills for developing individuals and organizations.
- ISTQB certification.
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish.
Requirements:
- Certification in requirements management (e.g., REQB) or equivalent.
