Our client a fashion industry is looking to hire a Store Supervisor who will oversee daily store operations, managing a team of store attendants, and ensuring excellent customer service

Work Days: Mondays to Saturdays

Remuneration: 75,000 - 80,000 + Commission based on performance

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
  • Manage and motivate a team of store attendants
  • Train and onboard new staff members
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
  • Handle cash management and perform cash register duties as required

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND in Communication, Business Administration or any relevant field
  • Minimum of 1 year as a Store Supervisor preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software or systems
  • Strong problem - solving abilities .
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Professional and polished demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
