Our client a fashion industry is looking to hire a Store Supervisor who will oversee daily store operations, managing a team of store attendants, and ensuring excellent customer service
Work Days: Mondays to Saturdays

Remuneration: 75,000 - 80,000 + Commission based on performance
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Manage and motivate a team of store attendants
- Train and onboard new staff members
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Handle cash management and perform cash register duties as required
Requirements
- Minimum of OND in Communication, Business Administration or any relevant field
- Minimum of 1 year as a Store Supervisor preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in inventory management software or systems
- Strong problem - solving abilities .
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Professional and polished demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
