Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the release of Chaoxi Guangnian and its games on content platforms and channels, formulate content distribution strategies, attract different types of creators, reach target users through short videos and other content forms, and help projects achieve channel distribution goals By formulating incentive policies such as communities/institutions, we will enhance the participation of authors in activities and accumulate core author resources 3. Innovate content distribution models, and customize distribution strategies and gameplay for key projects based on insights into content and channels.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or above work experience 2. Have a deep understanding of overseas key content platforms and distribution channels, have rich experience in game content operation/creator operation, or experience in overseas community/institution operation 3. Have relevant work experience in overseas regions of the game industry, and English can be used as a working language , Personal experience plus points: heavy game players, have insights into mainstream game products heavy users of short video products, can keenly grasp content trends have overseas creator resources.
