For this position we are looking for someone who will help develop, implement and manage the Talent Development policy for all target groups within our organisation. A short overview of your responsibilities

  • Coordinate and organize the different activities of the department according to the priorities and competences of each, and the needs of the organization in order to provide an efficient and effective service that meets the quality requirements of the organization within the set deadlines.
  • (Proactively) designing and delivering training programs to meet the needs of the different target groups within the organisation.
  • Acting as an internal specialist for training, education and career planning and continuously monitoring the most recent developments and trends within his/her specific field to maximize his/her own professional knowledge.
  • Ensuring compliance with the policies and guidelines within his/her team of employees in order to realize the policies and action plan of the department.
  • Coaching and developing his/her co-workers in order to optimally use and develop the competences, skills and know-how and to work as a well-functioning team.
  • Monitoring compliance with applicable procedures and regulations and proactively formulating improvement proposals to guarantee general safety, health and well-being at work with respect for the environment. More concretely, follow precautions to work safely and be aware of environmental aspects that have an impact on the daily operation of the organisation such as waste management, energy and sustainability. And finally, delivering quality and paying attention to the optimization of business processes and working methods.

Profile
  • Degree. You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources Management, business administration, or a relevant, related field.
  • Experience. You have prior experience in Talent Development, or similar experience in an HR role.
  • Good knowledge of English, Dutch and French. You read and write proficiently and speak at a conversational level in all three languages.
  • Hard Skills. You have a good knowledge of Office.
  • Ability to emphasize with others. You can put yourself in another person’s shoes and have excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility. You can adapt quickly to new circumstances as they arise and can overcome unanticipated changes.
  • Drive. You have an initiative-taking ‘make-it-happen’ mentality and are endlessly energetic. You are target and result driven and have the ability to remain calm in stress situations.
  • Joy. You have a passion for your job and reflect that to your team and colleagues. You are optimistic and always try to see opportunities even in tricky situations.
