Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, new business opportunities, and potential areas for expansion. Stay abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact the hospital's strategic direction.
  • Performance Metrics and Monitoring: Establish performance metrics and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives. Regularly monitor progress, identify challenges, and adapt plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to ensure alignment of strategic plans across the organization. Foster a cohesive and collaborative approach to strategic decision-making.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Assess potential risks and challenges associated with strategic initiatives. Develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the hospital's interests.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 15 years of working experience in a commercial or corporate strategy role or Business Management
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ecellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate teams.
