- Current NBI/ Police Clearance

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Health Monitoring - Following a Care Plan and noticing changes in the individual’s health, recording and reporting any fluctuations
- Emotional Support - Being a Stable Companion and Supporter in All Matters Personal, Health-Related and Emotional
- Assisting with Personal Care - Bathing and Grooming, Dressing, Toileting, and Exercise
- General Health Care - Overseeing Medication and Prescriptions Usage and Appointment Reminders
- Mobility Assistance - maneuvering in and out of wheelchair, car, shower, bed etc
- Care communication - Relaying Information from a Doctor to Family Members
