Job Description:
Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle.
Perform OD activities (Policies, procedures and Structure / organogram)
Conduct monthly performance evaluation of staff
Develop employee retention programs and foster positive work environment
Handle day to day HR related matters / HR Operations
Skills: Self-motivated, energetic, good communication
Job Specification:
Qualification: BBA(HR), MBA (HR), MHRM or relevant degree shall be preferred.
Experience: 05-06 years’ experience in Recruitment, OD . Must be proficient in MS Office .
