Job Description
Position Purpose:
- Ensure escalated disputed debt or audit resolution by phone & email & exceptional visits
- Identify root causes and find containment actions from analysis
- Calculate financial impacts and present negotiation strategies
- Compile corrections and monitor debits/credits in line with company policies
- Ensure invoice corrections in ERP system and notify correction results to customers
- Develop suggestions of pro-active training needs of existing customer base
- Monitor monthly KPI´s and reduce Risk priority numbers through direct or indirect actions
Major Key Accountabilities:
- Manage escalated customer disputes, perceive information and support customers through email & phone
- Manage escalated audit disputes, perceive information and support customers through email & phone
- Ensure close support to customer to identify solutions (supply reports/ information from ERP / CRM systems)
- Work closely with all interfaces between customers, Credit Management and Asset Control
Qualifications :
- Business degree or related
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in a customer environment, Call Center
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Negotiation skills
- Worked with financial measures and KPIs
- Web based system affinity
Skills and Knowledge :
- Strong Service orientation
- Strong analytic skills
- Very good customer orientated communication skills
- Must be extremely flexible and able to work under pressure
- Diplomatic and sensitive when serving customers of a different mentality and culture
- Can act under time pressure
- Good understanding of Customer Experience, Customer Solutions and keen to create customer loyalty
