KNOW THE ROLE
Claudie Pierlot in our Brown Thomas Dundrum store are currently looking for a Concession Manager to join their team on a full time basis
Your duties will include:
- Ensuring standards are kept high, replenishing the floor throughout the day
- Engaging with the customers to fill their needs with an open mind
- Visual merchandising
- Back of house ie Deliveries, inventories, stock locator and daily tasks
- Driving sales through KPIs
KNOW WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- You will have experience within a customer service environment, ideally within the Premium/Luxury Retail industry. Your experience could come from a department store, boutique or luxury hotel setting.
- You are passionate about fashion and are knowledgeable of fashion trends.
- You are committed, energetic, enjoy working in a team and you are at ease with providing expert style advice to a demanding customer base.
- You have the ability to develop strong relationships both with customers and internally with the Area Manager and the team.
