Areas of Responsibility
- Gathering, clarification and analysis of customer's needs;
- Creation and maintenance of detailed requirements documentation (specifications, diagrams, algorithms);
- Supporting development and testing teams on requirements;
- Supporting end-users on requests regarding system work;
- Regular review, updating and maintaining product backlog and road map;
- Active participating in team's meeting (grooming, planning, retrospective);
- Holding demo meeting with customers.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of business/ system analysis;
- good knowledge of requirements elicitation and gathering techniques;
- business process modeling experience;
- understanding of SDLC (Software development life cycle);
- great experience in creation of detailed, well-structured requirements documentation;
- structured and critical thinking, open mind;
- easily understanding of system structure, connections and dependings between functionalities;
- ability to learn fast and keep in mind big volume of information;
- high communication skills (both written and verbal)
- high work attitude, goal focusing, team-playing;
- English level at least intermediate.
Will be a plus
- experience in SQL, database;
- experience in using TFS;
- experience of working by SCRUM;
- experience in using Figma or some other service for UI/UX design;
