What you will do:

Outgoing calls to clients- Response to clients' requests via chat and email
- Analyze client requests
- Regulate conflicts
We expect from you:
- Professional level of Thai language
- Intermediate English level
- Good verbal communication
- The ability to efficiently work in a team
- Stress resistance
- Computer literacy
- Desire to benefit and help people

Initial training
- Shift work 2/2 (daily and overnight 12-hour shifts)
