Senior Marketing Specialist (Server) [Taiwan]

 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to join our Server Business Unit. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in server marketing with at least 5 years of relevant experience. As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in promoting our server solutions, hosting events, and participating in industry exhibitions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Server Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the Server Business Unit, aligned with overall company goals and objectives

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive analysis. Use this information to inform marketing strategies and product positioning
• Event Planning and Execution: Plan, organize, and execute hosting events and participate in industry exhibitions, such as trade shows, conferences, and seminars. Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and ensure smooth event operations
• Brand Promotion: Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to create compelling marketing collateral, including product presentations, brochures, datasheets, and whitepapers. Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials
• Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, advertising, and promotions, to support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts
• Sales Enablement: Support the sales team by providing them with the necessary marketing tools, product training, and sales collateral to effectively communicate the value proposition of our server solutions
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and customers. Collaborate with them on joint marketing initiatives and leverage their expertise to enhance brand reputation
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyse marketing campaign effectiveness, ROI, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide regular reports and insights to management, highlighting areas of success and areas for improvement

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in server marketing, preferably in the IT hardware industry
• Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns, including hosting events and participating in industry exhibitions
• Strong understanding of server technologies, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to attend events and exhibitions
