Position Overview
Visual Merchandising 2D Graphic Designer is responsible for providing graphics and designs for in-store fixtures, animations, window displays and collateral globally.
Job Duties
- Create visual consistency for all copy and VM graphics globally.

Using visual assets provided by creative director, provide graphic layouts that help tell the brand story.- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure unified brand messaging and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Provide print ready graphic files for gondolas and countertop units updates, based on retailer guidelines, brand codes, vendor dielines and assortments.
- Provide mockups and concepts for sales meetings, presentations to executive leadership and for retailer meetings.
- Provide graphics strips for international locations with different languages and currencies. Translations provided.
- Design secondary promotional spaces for in-store experiences & other graphic materials (Endcaps, banners, lightboxes, shelf talkers, etc..)
- Work with Creative Operations Manager to prioritize deliverables and make sure graphic deadlines are met.
- Check files for accuracy and route artwork for approvals.
- Provide graphic overviews for updates on gondolas.
- Create style guide and provide visual guidelines for distributors and vendors to follow.
- Liase with vendors when needed to make sure the correct files are passed off.
- Understand the various printing processes and offer cost effective solutions when applicable.
- Work closely with 3D designer to pass off 2D files when needed.
- Stay up-to-date on current design trends, beauty retail environments, innovation and goes in store as needed to see the application of their projects in store. Should become very familiar with ABH fixtures within the various retailers.
Qualifications
- BS or BA in merchandising and/or design
- Minimum 3-5 year of relevant experience. Experience in prestige beauty and open-sell is a plus.
- Strong experience in file production for print & hands-on experience with Visual Merchandising design
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to take feedback and have a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask, and handle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Highly driven, energetic, flexible and team spirited.
- Attention to detail, ability to execute flawlessly and strong organization skills.
- Proficient in MAC Platform, Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel and InDesign. Sketchup or other 3D Rendering a plus.

Anastasia Beverly Hills offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits and a 401(K) plan with matching contributions from the company. The starting base salary range for this position in the selected city is $75,000.00 - $85,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role is bonus eligible.
