Your challenges
As our new Payroll Consultant, you will be based at our location in Kolding, and here you will be part of a skilled team of 7 experienced colleagues responsible for performing payroll management related to blue-collar and white-collar employees in all Danish VELUX companies.
Your payroll responsibilities will primarily cover white-collar employees, and your main tasks will be to:
Carry out settlement of wages and salaries in due time and to control and balance payroll data
Carry out reporting to authorities i.e. e-indkomst and to perform balances between the payroll system, e-indkomst and finance
Carry out reimbursement and to balance payments related to absence, maternity leave etc.
Interpret collective agreements and laws
Test and set up changes in our payroll system in collaboration with other functions
Support management and employees regarding payroll related questions
Process incoming requests and questions from VELUX colleagues sent to the Payroll inbox
Your qualifications
We expect that you bring a relevant professional background with experience from a similar position where you have obtained knowledge within payroll. Experience with SAP (payroll) and Excel will be an advantage, but not a prerequisite.

Are proficient in Danish and English – verbally and in writing
