An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new team member to join Longreach as a Consultant specialising in Residential Real Estate. With both the Directors in the business having run this desk themselves over the years, you will enjoy existing relationships with job flow from day one and support and guidance in the role.
Longreach is an outcome focused business, so you will have no set KPI’s, just a highly achievable monthly budget. We trust that the right person will have a strong work ethic and self-motivation to achieve and earn great money as a result of their efforts.
The Job
Your role will be to build on positive and sustainable relationships with existing and new clients, understand the staffing requirements, take in job briefs, and support them in the identification, screening and then upward presentation of candidates to create a shortlist.
This will include:
- Prospecting to secure job listings and taking job briefs.
- Writing and placing suitable job adverts to help attract talent.
- Networking with industry professionals to ensure an ongoing and trusted referral network.
- Reviewing and assessing CV’s.
- Searching for suitable candidates via the Seek CV Library and social media.
- Telephone screening of suitable/appealing candidates.
- Reference checking.
- Preparation of Candidate Summaries to be sent to clients.
- Ongoing client and candidate management as required.
- CRM management updating/uploading to our database.
- Attending events and sponsorship activities.
- Arranging/organising marketing material as required.
- Any ad-hoc administration relating to the role.
