About your future Role
We are currently looking for a Junior Data Analyst. You will work closely with other Data Scientists and colleagues from a range of different digital professions to help solve business problems through delivering analytics solutions for the customers.
You would be part of an expanding team in our Digital Hub in Warsaw.
What you will do:
- Perform exploratory data analysis of data sources to provide actionable insights, both to inform business decisions as well as to plan for AI/ML projects.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Deliver, under the supervision of more experienced team members descriptive and predictive models as the solution to business problems.
- Apply software tools for data analysis, data preparation, and version control.
- Provide clear explanations of analysis outcomes/conclusions and how they were reached.
- Review results, highlighting key results and agreeing on potential implications of the analysis.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
Who you are:
- Experience with visualization tool like Tableu, PowerBI or else.
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPY, Sklearn, Keras or TensorFlow).
- Basic knowledge of SQL / PostgreSQL / Microsoft SQL.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Statistics or related field.
- Fluent English
- Great at solving problems, highly logical, and creative problem solver with a passion for overcoming complex challenges.
- Strong technical and analytical abilities, a knack for driving impact and growth.
- Thrive on teamwork and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of statistical inferences, traditional machine learning algorithms, time-series analysis, statistical simulation, neural networks.
- Proven experience in solving problems through data.
It would be nice if you have:
- Experience in AWS services.
- Additional language.
